Applying a patch now refreshes status regardless of the 'automatically detect file changes' preference. Fix commit not selecting all files per preference. "Jump to Commit" now automatically trims whitespace. stgpg.sh now properly quotes arguments and doesn't produce an error. Fix local custom repository icons not working. Error dialogs now include the specific account and service associated with them for clarity.
